An Ophthalmology Medical Condition and Prognosis Report needs an interview, examination (including testing for glasses) and testing with specialist diagnostic machines including visual field testing, optical coherence tomography, and ultra wide field retinal photography. Each consultation alone on average takes 2 hours after which, I form my opinion and write the Report.
